enjoy commitment-free personal training with our simple pay-per-session model which lets you take as many, or as few sessions as you want. No contract. just pay as you go sessions.

2 skaters: $100 / session ($50/skater)

3 skaters: $135 / session ($45/skater)

4 skaters: $160 / session ($40/skater)

what to bring to the session

  • bring your own skates. preferably inline skates.​​​​

  • bring safety gears such as Helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards. They are mandatory.​

  • comfortable clothing and cushioned crew socks are recommended.

  • bring your water bottle.

  • We kindly request that parents be present to hold their children's hands during practice.

  • Bring your sense of humor too; falls are part of the fun! Enjoy the ride!

Which course should I take?

  • Falling Safely & Getting Up: Crucial for minimizing injury.

  • Stance & Balance: How you hold your body for stability.

  • Pushing & Gliding: The basic movement to get going and maintain momentum.

  • Stopping: Essential methods like the T-stop, plow stop, and using toe or heel brakes.

  • Turning: Shifting your weight to change direction.

  • And more . . .

Foundational Techniques

  • Backward Skating: Moving in reverse.

  • Crossovers: Efficiently turning and maintaining speed by crossing one foot over the other.

  • One-Foot Glides: Balancing on a single skate.

  • Spins: Rotating in place.

  • Bunny Hop: A small, controlled jump.

Intermediate Techniques

  • Artistic Skating: Involves jumps, and spins.

  • Speed Skating: Focuses on powerful strides and aerodynamic posture for maximum velocity.

  • Jam/Rhythm Skating: Characterized by complex footwork, spins, and fluid movements to music, forward and backward.

  • more advanced techniques: depends on your interests. You can tailor the advanced course to your needs.
